VisionFantasyArt UF is a student-run company registered with Ung Företagsamhet (Junior Achievement Sweden) and is not a separate legal entity. Company ID 1648561 is not a Swedish company registration number. VisionFantasyArt UF does not have a VAT registration number.

We aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, typographical errors, technical issues, or temporary disruptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct or update information on the website when necessary.

Changes made to the website will not affect an already concluded purchase agreement unless permitted by the agreement, approved by the customer, or required by applicable law. Prices, product information, and other terms included in a confirmed order shall apply in accordance with the agreement and mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The purchase of a poster only grants the customer ownership of the purchased physical copy. No copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights are transferred through the purchase.

VisionFantasyArt UF remains responsible to the customer for its own obligations relating to a purchase in accordance with the agreement and mandatory consumer protection legislation. Customers should therefore contact VisionFantasyArt UF with any questions or issues concerning an order.

VisionFantasyArt UF is liable to the extent required by applicable law and concluded agreements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the agreement was concluded.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits the customer’s rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

Swedish law applies to this website and to purchases made from VisionFantasyArt UF. Consumers residing in another EU country retain the protection provided by the mandatory consumer legislation of their country of residence.
